agent-awake paid tiers are one-time digital purchases. Because a license key is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", we offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund: if the Software doesn't work for you within 14 days of purchase, email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com with your order reference and we will refund you in full and deactivate the key.
There is nothing to cancel — purchases are one-time, not subscriptions.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe within 5–7 business days.
Indian customers can request a GST-compliant invoice (provide your GSTIN at purchase or by email).
